If you’re like me, you love gravy! Good, glorious gravy! I like to smother my turkey, stuffing, and casseroles in it and use my biscuits to savor any gravy left on the plate. But not all gravy is created equal, some can really fall flat and make your spectacular entrée go from fab to just plain boring!

We chose to create a gravy spice blend that will leave your in-laws asking what your secret is! Toss those pre-made powered gravy packets in the trash! Featuring rosemary, thyme, sage and pepper, our gravy blend will take your meal to the next level! Our Aunt Judies Gravy Mix is for more than just making the best gravy. Use it to spice up your poultry, or even your stuffing! Oh the possibilities!

Below you will find a simple recipe on how to make this savory gravy everyone will be talking about.

Aunt Judies Gravy Blend recipe

Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 15 minutes, Total time: 20 minutes, Number of servings: 8.

Ingredients

Pan drippings from Turkey

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 oz Aunt Judies Gravy Blend

1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Strain pan drippings through a fine-mesh sieve; discard solids and reserve 2 ½ cups pan drippings; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and Aunt Judies Gravy Blend until lightly browned, about 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in reserved pan drippings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, whisking constantly, until thickened, about 5-10 minutes. Stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Serve warm.

    Does sumac and sichuan pepper are sold in larger quantity other than 1 Oz package?
