This to-die-for Citrus Steak Marinade recipe adds an unique and tangy flavor to beef! All it takes is some great fresh ingredients and a quick 30-minute marinade your you’re off to the races!

Marinade Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon of lemon salt
1 tsp of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 teaspoon of chili japones
1 1/4 lb of skirt steak

Marinade Directions:

Mix together the above marinade ingredients including the orange juice, fresh lime juice, garlic, chopped cilantro, lemon salt, cumin, oregano, chili japones, and marinate your beef, or skirt steak for at least 30 minutes.
