3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1 pound of ground pork
1/4 cup of chicken stock
3 1/2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon of chile jalapeno
1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of arrowroot
1/4 cup of peanut oil
12 ounces of green beans
3 tablespoons of garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons of dark Asian sesame oil
Your desired amount of cooked white rice
Spicy Pork Stir Fry with Green Beans Recipe Directions
Below you will find the directions to this recipe:
In a mixing bowl combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, the white pepper and your ground pork. Mix it well to combine.
Make the sauce by combining the chicken stock, the hoisin sauce, the chile jalapeno, the rice vinegar, the cornstarch and lastly, the 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Add the peanut oil to the wok. Next, add the green beans and cook until they are slightly wrinkled, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Then, using a slotted spoon, transfer the green beans to a paper towel-lined plate.
Add your garlic to the wok and cook until fragrant. Add the ground pork and the stir fry until no longer pink, about 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in the sauce mixture. Bring the liquid to a boil and continue to cook until it thickens.
Return the green beans to wok and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve with rice.
