Paprika, India

Paprika is intimately associated with Hungarian cuisine especially with paprikash and goulash. Many spiced sausages incorporate it, including the Spanish chorizos. The Indian Paprika is a brighter color is often used to make Tikka Masala.  As a garnish, sprinkle on eggs, hors d’ouvres and salads for a beautiful presentation.
