The curly large leaves of this Wulong-Style ‘Monkey Oolong Tung Ting’ are a ‘Champagne of the China Teas’. A gentle steaming and semi-fermentation process (approx. 10%) of this precious tea allows the external part of the leaf to ferment without changing its cores chemistry significantly.
