Similar to Arbol Chilies, Yunnan Chilies are about 2 – 3″ long and stemless. The peppers start out green and turn a bright red color as they mature before drying. Can be used as decorative and garnishing purposes. Around 20,000 on the Scoville meter, this chile is used often in dishes from the Yunnan region of China.

    I had some chile oil with Yunnan Chiles. It was Great & yes HOT! Very flavorful !
    I couldn’t get enough of this Chile! We Love it!!!
