Although most people think of dandelion as a pesky weed, the plant has long been used in herbal remedies to aid in digestion and help stimulate appetite. The entire dandelion plant from root to blossom is edible with a slightly bitter, chicory-like taste.

In traditional Chinese and Native American customs, dandelion root has long been used to treat stomach and liver conditions. Herbalists today believe that it can aid in the management of many ailments, including acne, eczema, high cholesterol, heartburn, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and even cancer.

Dandelion has such a nice, toasty sorta coffeeish flavor. I like this for when I’m bloated makes me feel so much better. Fair warning drink it in the daytime or before dinner, because you’ll be up all night needing to use the restroom! That’s how it gets rid of all that water bloating I guess. The price is great one bag has lasted me awhile. I aprreciate the fast shipping too!
