I came from up da’ Bayou. This Cajun seasoning can be used creatively. It is one my favorite spices for a seafood boil, which includes crab legs, shrimp, Andouille sausage, corn and potatoes. Kick it up with lobster or clams. Yum! I also use it in jambalaya and po’ boy sandwiches.
