For those who are used to a good old fashion dill pickle, this pickling blend is for you. It does bring it up a few notches in heat and flavor but it will also remind you of why you love biting into a pickled carrot, cauliflower, celery and all the other goodies. Ingredients are dill weed and seed, coriander, black pepper, celery seed, yellow and brown mustard seed, chile, garlic, nigella seed and bay leaves.
