This stuff is amazing! If I’m too busy for much else but need to add some tasty protein to my day, I’ll just generously coat a filet of Tilapia with this blend and a little bit of salt and pepper. I fry it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, add some lemon, and dig in. Poseidon’s Catch is for sure in my top 5 for spice blends.
